The objective behind the launch of the digital platform is to ease the government services, bringing them to the district level. Through this online Himachal Online Seva, the citizens can avail of different services like Certificates, Licenses, Social Welfare Schemes, PDS Services, Complaints, Utility Payments, etc.

Himachal Pradesh E-District New User Registration
Let us look at the procedure to register as a new user on the official portal of HP E-District Online.
- Visit the Official Portal Himachal Online Seva.
- It takes the online users to the Home Page below.

- Click on the Citizen Login icon on the following page.
- Click on the New Registration option under the Login Page.

- It then redirects the online users to New User Registration Form.
- Enter the Aadhar Number, Family ID, First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name of the Applicant.
- Upload the Profile Image of the Applicant.

- Select/Enter the Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name of the Father.
- Select/Enter the State, District, Tehsil, Village/City, and Address Line of the applicant.
- Under the Registration Details, Enter the Email ID, Login ID, Security Question 1, Security Answer 1, Security Question 2, and Security Answer 2.
- Upload the Photo Identity Proof, and Enter the Captcha Code.
- Verify all the details and click on the Register button.
How to Apply Online for E District HP Citizen Services
Let us see the online procedure to apply online for the various citizen services on the official portal of E District Himachal Pradesh.
- Visit the Official Portal Himachal Online Seva.
- It takes the online users to the Home Page below.

- Click on the Citizen Login icon on the following page.
- Enter the User ID, Password, and Captcha Code.

- Click on the Submit button.
- It then redirects the online users to the dashboard of the portal.
- Click on the Applicant for Income Certificate, as shown below.

- Click on the New Application on the newly opened page.

- Select/Enter the Title, First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name.
- Select/Enter the Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Religion, Financial Year, and Certificate Type.

- Select Is Employed, and Enter income from all the sources that do not exceed Email, Mode of Delivery, and Aadhar Number.

- Upload the Applicant’s Image and click on the Next button.
- Select/Enter the Relationship, Title, First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name of the Applicant.

- Click on the Next button.
- Enter/Select the Permanent Address Details like Relationship of Applicant with Land Owner, State, District, Tehsil, Pariwar Circle, Village, House No./Street.

- Click on the Save button.
- Also, Enter the Family Details, as shown below.

- Click on the Next button.
- Upload the Residence Proof, Photo Identity Proof, and the affidavit declaring income from all unknown sources.

- Click on the Submit button.

- Click on the Citizen Login icon on the following page.
- Enter the User ID, Password, and Captcha Code.

- Click on the Submit button.
- It then takes the online applicants to the dashboard to apply for various services.
