JKPWDOMS Portal – Contractor Registration, Login, Renewal

Jammu and Kashmir PWD Department is now using OMS i.e. Online management system. That platform is known as JKPWDOMS. This great initiative offers services like contractor signup, login and renewal. There is plathera of other services that can be accessed on JK PWD department’s OMS portal.

Jammu & Kashmir Public Works Department Online Management System (JKPWDOMS) was launched in 2021 by the government of J&K. The JKPWDOMS Portal aimed to provide easy access to all the major working processes of Jammu & Kashmir.

About JKPWDOMS Portal

JKPWDOMS is a portal that provides information about the government and its departments. This portal contains all the information on the construction projects, constructors and supervisors, and infrastructure & human resource departments.

The main focus is on completing the ongoing projects and improving the roads and infrastructure of the UT.

JKPWDOMS Registration and Renewal Fees for Contractor

Contractors of PWD Jammu and Kashmir are categorized based on limit SRO196. The fees structure for the new registration and renewal of contract through the JKPWDOMS Portal is:

The registration fee of the contract is valid for only one year.

Steps for JK PWD OMS Portal Registration 2022

New contractors of J&K can register on the official JKPWDOMS Portal. Here are the steps to be followed for JKPWDOMS registration:

  • Visit the official JKPWDOMS Portal (http://jkpwdoms.in/).
  • At the bottom of the home screen, you will see the contractor sign-up option under the ‘Important Links’. Click on the ‘Contractor Sign-up’ link.

  • The contractor sign-up form will pop up on the screen. Fill out the form and click the ‘Send OTP’ button on the right-hand side.
  • Enter the OTP you received on your mobile number. Set the password and remember it for future login.
  • Upload your character certificate in the prescribed format. After filling up the contractor sign-up form, click on the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom.

You can find the User Manual, Contractor Registration Act, Certificates to be uploaded, and the fee to be paid information at the bottom of the form.

  • Finally, the new contractor registration process is complete.

The contractor, who has successfully registered on the JKPWDOMS Portal, has to login and complete the other details. You have to follow the below-mentioned steps to login into the portal:

  • Visit the official JKPWDOMS Portal (http://jkpwdoms.in/).
  • On the home screen, you will see the login option on the right side of the navigation bar. Click on the ‘Login’ tab.
  • You will see the login window on the screen. Fill up your login credentials by entering the PAN card number in the place of CPID/Employee ID.

Select the contractor/supplier option and click the ‘Login’ button.

  • You are now logged into your contractor profile. Click on the ‘Update Profile’ tab on the left side of the screen.

  • Now, the basic information tab will open. Select the contractor button and the type of contractor you are.
  • Fill up all your details and click on the ‘Next’ button at the bottom

  • The bank account details tab will open now. Enter your bank details and click on the ‘Next’ button at the bottom.
  • Under the equipments possessed tab, select the equipment and enter its quantity.
  • Upload the equipment file in the prescribed format, and click the ‘Next’ button.
  • Now, the Manpower tab will open. Click on the ‘Add New Man Power’.
  • After entering the details of the Manpower, click on the ‘Add’ button.
  • Now, click the ‘Next’ button.
  • You will now see the Plant/Factory tab. Under this tab, you enter the details of your plant or factory, upload the required documents and then click on the ‘Next’ button.
  • Now, you are in the Upload documents section.
  • Upload all the documents and click on the ‘Upload Documents’ button at the bottom.
  • Finally, your contractor profile is under verification.

Online Renewal Request by Contractor

Once the contractor profile is approved, pay the fees, and upload the receipt on your profile. After completing the contractor profile, the ID card is available. Now, if you want to renew your contract, follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Visit the official JKPWDOMS Portal (http://jkpwdoms.in/).
  • Now, login into your account following the steps mentioned earlier in this article.
  • Now, the contractor profile will open. You will see the renewal tab on the left side of the screen. Click on the ‘Renewal’ tab.
  • The renewal request window will be on the screen. Select the renewal request dates, upload the required documents and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Now, complete all the tabs information and reach the last tab for fee payment.
  • Enter the amount paid and the date of payment, upload the payment receipt and click the ‘Next’ button.
  • Finally, your contract renewal application is under process.
