UAN Member e Sewa Portal
The UAN Member E-Sewa site is a one-stop-shop for requesting and using EPF services online. What is UAN
Each employee contributing to the Employees Provident Fund is assigned a 12-digit unique number called a UAN. The Employee Provident Fund Organization, EPFO generates and assigns this unique number. Under the Government of India’s directives, the Ministry of Labour and Employment authenticates UAN.
This number remains constant for each employee throughout their career, regardless of how many times they change employers.

Where to Get Universal Account Number UAN
Your employer can provide you with your Universal Account Number. Employers may also print the UAN number on salary slips in some instances. UAN Member Registration at EPFO E-Sewa portal
E-Sewa Portal requires that you activate your UAN first. Your UAN number may be obtained from your employers or from the pay stubs we provide you. Then, you must follow the following instructions.
- In the “Important Links” area, click on the “Activate UAN” link.
- Then, fill up your personal data. Once you’ve filled out these fields, click “Get Authorization PIN.”
- You will get a PIN through text message to the phone number you have registered with EPFO.
- To activate your UAN account, you must enter the PIN that you received after getting the PIN.
- You will get an SMS with a new password created by the system.
- After successfully login in, it is strongly recommended to change this password.
How to Check Your UAN Status?
- Checking your UAN PF status is a straightforward task. Upon logging into the UAN site, click on “Know Your UAN” under “Important Links.”
- You may input your PF number, Member ID, PAN, or Aadhaar number in any of these fields.
- Choosing the member ID option necessitates more information, such as your state of residence, your business location, and so on. Your pay stubs include your member ID and PIN.
- Click on ‘Get Authorization Pin’ after you’ve completed the previous step.
- On our registered cellphone number, you will get a one-time password. To acquire your UAN, you must enter this OTP and then click on the box that says “Validate OTP and get UAN.”
- An email with the current status of your EPF UAN account will be sent to the address you provide.

1- Claim (Form 31, 19, and 10C)
